Geoffrey Dennis is rabbi of Congregation Kol Ami in Flower Mound, TX. He received his M.HL and was ordained at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. He also has degrees in Education and Nursing. He has published articles on topics ranging from theology to pastoral care in magazines such as Sh'ma, Parabola, Healing Ministries, The Journal of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, and The American Journal of Hospice and Palliative Care. His article "The Bride of God: Jewish Erotic Theology" appeared in Jews and Sex in February 2008. Rabbi Dennis is a multi-entry contributor to the 30-volume Encyclopedia of the Bible and its Reception. His book, The Encyclopedia of Jewish Myth, Magic, and Mysticism, was published in 2007.
